摘要
煤的工业分析包括煤的水分、灰分、挥发分以及固定碳的分析[1]。本文介绍了煤的水分、灰分以及挥发分含量的测定方法,由于固定碳含量通过计算求得,本文不做介绍。其中,影响水分测定的因素有煤样状态、环境湿度等;影响灰分测定的因素有温度、冷却时间等;影响挥发分测定的因素有煤化程度、煤岩组成、煤的粒度以及升温速度等。为了提高测定的准确度,必须正确分析各测定项的影响因素。
Proximate analysis of coal and the impact factors on it were introduced,including analysis of moisture,volatile matter, ash and fixed carbon. Because the fixed carbon content was obtained by calculation, it was not introduced. The factors affected the moisture content of coal sample,included coal sample state and environment humidity,etc. The factors affected the ash included temperature and cooling time,etc. The factors affected the volatile matter included the degree of coalification,coal composition,coal particle size and heating rate,etc. At the same time,the accuracy of the measurement was improved by analysising the impact factors of the proximate analysis of coal.
