摘要
母乳是自然界赋予婴儿最好的食物,当母乳无法满足婴儿生长发育所需要的营养与,婴幼儿奶粉为替代母乳的最佳选择。本文综述了母乳脂肪代替品1,3-二油酸2-棕榈酸甘油三酯(OPO)的由来、合成技术及现有的检测技术。2013年6月,国家卫生和计划生育委员会发布了关于《食品安全国家标准食品添加剂1,3-二油酸2-棕榈酸甘油三酯》的征集意见稿以及相关的编制说明,要研发出更为快捷、精准的检测技术,成为了各大奶粉生产厂家及第三方检测机构的研究方向。
Breast milk is the best food for infants in nature,infant formula is the best choice for breast milk substituted. the research value and related detection technology of the breast milk fat substitutes for 1,3-oleic acid 2-palmitic acid triglyceride（ OPO） were reviewed,meanwhile,the future development of this technology in the future was prosected.
