Problems and Measures of Fine Chemical Industry in China

我国精细化工行业存在生产分散、产品缺乏竞争力、效益差、环境污染和安全隐患严重、自动化程度低等问题。为此,我国精细化工行业应加强精细化学品的应用理论、复配技术、绿色合成技术、安全精细化学品的设计与开发、生产自动化和在线监测分析等研究。同时,要加强行业管理,提高产业集中度,解决产能过剩。还应提高企业的商业运作能力。

There are some problems such as distributed production,lack of market competition,poor economic benefit,serious environmental pollution and safety hazards as well as low-level automation in the current China＇s fine chemical industry. Therefore,the research on application theory,compounding and green synthesis technology of fine chemicals,the design and development of safety fine chemicals as well as automatic on-line monitoring technology should be strengthened in the China＇s fine chemical industry. Meanwhile,the industry management should also be strengthened to enhance industry concentration degree and solve the overcapacity of production. The commercialized operation should also be improved.
