三种惰性填料生物滴滤床的流体力学性能

摘要 对天然沸石、膨胀蛭石、生物陶粒等三种生物滴滤床惰性填料,进行了干燥与湿润、喷淋量、微生物生长等不同条件下,气体流量与床层压降数据测量,得到了影响条件下的压降曲线。结果分析显示,生物陶粒在各种条件下均表现出较好的流体力学性能;对天然沸石及膨胀蛭石类碎片状填料,润湿可减小压降损失,喷淋量过大会增大压降损失;生物膜生长增加生物滤床的压降损失,但对生物陶粒填料床,压降增加不显著。 Using natural zeolite,expanded vermiculite and biological ceramsite as biological trickling bed fillers,in some running conditions such as dry and wet,spray amount,microbial growth,experiment of bed pressure drop vs gas flowrate data was carried out,and the pressure drop curve was obtained. Results showed that in various conditions biological ceramsite showed the best hydrodynamics performance. For the fragmented packing such as natural zeolite and expanded vermiculite,wetting can decrease the pressure drop loss,but spray volume would increase the pressure drop loss. Biofilm growth increased bed pressure drop loss,but for biological ceramsite packed bed the pressure drop increase was not significant.
