柑橘皮提取液对碳钢在酸性介质中缓蚀机理的研究

摘要 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取柑橘皮中的有效缓蚀成份,利用电化学方法判断其缓蚀类型,并讨论缓蚀机理。结果表明,从柑橘皮中提取的缓蚀成份对碳钢的10%的硫酸体系有高效的缓蚀效果,属于混合型缓蚀剂。随着温度的增加,缓蚀效率减慢,30℃时,柑橘皮提取液浓度为0.03 g/m L时缓蚀效率最高,达到98.77%;50℃时,柑橘皮提取液浓度为0.04 g/m L时缓蚀效率最好,达到97.43%。 Effective corrosion inhibitor in Citrus was extracted by steam distillation method,using the electrochemical method to judge the corrosion type,the mechanism of corrosion inhibition was discussed. The results obtained that the system of sulfuric acid corrosion ingredients extracted from the citrus peel had 10% inhibitor to carbon steel,belonged to mixed type inhibitor. With the increase of temperature, the inhibition efficiency was slow. Citrus peel extract concentration was 0. 03 g / m L in 30 ℃,inhibition efficiency was the highest,reached 98. 77%. Citrus peel extract concentration was 0. 04 g / m L in 50 ℃,the inhibition efficiency was best,reached 97. 47%.
