摘要
建立了一种能快捷、灵敏地测定异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚含量方法。采用混合凝胶柱,柱温为35℃,流动相是0.1 mol/L的硝酸钠,流速:1 m L/min。异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚溶液浓度与峰高线性关系良好,相关系数0.9999,加样回收率平均值为99.98%,相对平均偏差(RSD)=0.1%(n=5)。该方法简便、快速、有效、灵敏、准确、具有良好的重复性和回收率。可用于异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚纯度的测定。
A fast sensitive method for the determination of TPEG content was established. Mixed gel columns were used. The temperature of gel columns was 35 ℃. 0. 1 mol / L sodium nitrate aqueous solution was used as mobile phase.Flow rate was 1 m L / min. TPEG solution concentration and peak height had a good linear relationship. The correlation coefficient was 0. 9999. The average recovery of TPEG content was 99. 98% with relative standard deviation of 0. 1%( n =5). This method was simple,rapid,efficient,sensitive,accurate and had good repeatability and recovery. It can be used for the detection of TPEG content.
