摘要
采用循环伏安法在碳糊电极(CPE)上成功地制备了聚茜素红S薄膜修饰碳糊电极(ARS/CPE),研究了镉离子在该修饰电极上的电化学行为。结果表明:在p H=4.8的0.2 mol/L Clark-Lubs缓冲溶液中,修饰电极对Cd2+的氧化溶出具有良好的电催化作用,阳极溶出峰电流与Cd2+的浓度在4.0×10^-7-8.0×10^-6mol/L呈良好的线性关系,检出限为6.0×10^-9mol/L,加标回收率在98.8%-102.6%。所制备的修饰电极对水样中Cd2+的测定具有灵敏度高、选择性好、干扰小的优点。
A poly( Alizarin Red S) film modified carbon paste electrode( ARS / CPE) was fabricated on carbon paste electrode( CPE) by using Cyclic Voltammetry. The electrochemical behavior of Cadmium at the modified electrode was studied. The result showed that the resulting modified electrode had high eletrocatalytic activity to the Cadmium in0. 2 mol / L Clark-Lubs buffer solution of p H 4. 8. Linear relationship between values of peak current of anodic stripping and concentration of Cd2 +was obtained in the range from 4. 0 × 10-7~ 8. 0 × 10^-6mol / L,with detection limit of 6. 0 ×10^-9mol / L,and the recovery found by standard addition method was in the range of 98. 8%- 102. 6%. The advantages of determination of Cd2 +by ARS / CPE was high sensitivity,good selectivity and less interference factor.
