现阶段本科生导师制度浅析

Discussion on Current Undergraduate Tutorial System

随着高校管理体制和人才培养机制的不断发展成熟,本科生导师制度应运而生。在大学生本科阶段实行导师制,有助于学生的全面发展,但国内高校本科生导师制度的施行仍存在一些突出问题。本文阐述了当下本科生导师制度的一些特点,针对其运行过程中存在的一些典型问题如师生权责不明、师生力量对比失衡、互选方式不够合理、管理和激励机制不完善等,提出了若干参考意见。

Undergraduate tutorial system emerged with the development of university management system and personnel training mechanism,which was proved effective to promote comprehensive development of students. On the other hand,there were still some prominent problems in domestic applications. Current properties of undergraduate tutorial system were illustrated,subsequently,some typical problems,such as undefined responsibility,personnel imbalance,unreasonable collocation and improper management and incentive mechanism,were studied.
