摘要
针对煤化工企业甲醇罐的泄漏事故进行数值模拟,结果表明:在不考虑挥发的情况下,小孔泄漏将在在泄漏口处产生集中渗漏,从而在防火堤内形成小面积液池,随着泄漏时间的增加,靠近地面区域的甲醇浓度降低;大面积泄漏时,罐体从泄漏口开始崩坏,形成湍流后进一步发展成液池,泄漏发生2~5 min是应急救援的关键时期,超过此时间段,泄漏即进入不受控状态。
The leakage of methanol tanks in coal chemical industry was simulated. The results showed that ifvolatilization was not considered,concentrated leakage would happen,liquidpool was made up by hole leakage in fire dike,the methanol concentration near the ground area decreased,tank began to collapse and became turbulent further after the formation of liquid pool when large leakage happened,the key period of emergency rescue was when leakage occurred 2 min to 5 min,leakage can not be controlled over this period.
