Synthesis of Acetyl Salicylic Acid by Using the Solid Super Acid S_2O_8^(2-)/ZrO_2 as Catalyst

摘要 以S2O2-8/Zr O2固体超强酸为催化剂,水杨酸和乙酸酐为原料合成乙酰水杨酸。研究了原料配比、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度的影响,结果表明:固定水杨酸质量为7.0 g时,在水杨酸与乙酸酐的摩尔比为1∶2,催化剂用量为0.75 g,反应时间为45 min,反应温度为75℃的条件下,乙酰水杨酸的产率为86.8%。催化剂重复使用5次产率还能够达到75.2%。 The synthesis of acetyl salicylic acid with salicylic acid and acetic anhydride as reactants and solid super acid S2O2-8/ Zr O2 as catalysts was studied. The factors of influence such as the ratio of alcohol to salicylic acid,the amount of catalyst,the reaction time and the reaction temperature were investigated and optimized. The result showed that when the amount of salicylic acid was 7. 0 g,the optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of salicylic acid to anhydride acetic was 1 ∶2,the amount of catalysts was 0. 75 g,the reaction time was 45 min and the reaction temperature was 75 ℃. The yield of acetyl salicylic acid was 86. 8%. The yield could still reach 75. 2% with the catalysts after five times of recycling.
