摘要
近年来,溴元素在化工生产中的应用得到长足的发展,对溴元素的回收利用也吸引了大量的技术人员进行深入研究。废水中溴元素以溴化钠形式存,与硫酸反应得到溴化氢,在不提纯的条件下与乙醇发生取代反应制备溴乙烷,经精馏提纯后可用以制备溴乙烷格氏试剂,提高了溴元素的利用价值,溴元素回收率达94%。此方法回收溴元素具有投资小,能耗低,污染少,收率高,操作简单,反应温和等优点。
In recent decades,the bromine has made a remarkable progress during chemical manufacture,the reclamation of bromine also lead to deep studies of massive technicians. Generally,the sodium bromide is employed to react with sulfuric acid to obtain hydrogen bromide,subsequently,the substitution reaction is developed by the non-purified gas with ethanol. After rectification the obtained utilization of bromine is greatly improved,and the recycling rate of bromine can reach a value of 94%. This method has the advantages of small investment,low energy consumption,low pollution,high yield,simple operation,mild reaction,and so on.
