摘要 塑胶制品涂装塑胶漆可以起到美观和保护作用,但塑胶漆本身存在耐醇性不佳的问题,提高塑胶漆的耐醇性成为塑胶漆合成工作的重中之重。通过优选单体、引发剂、溶剂体系等合成工艺,合成了热塑性丙烯酸树脂,其外观为水白透明,固含为50%±1%,室温下粘度为10000-25000 cps,酸值小于0.5 mg KOH/g,与醋酸丁酸纤维素、硝化棉等相容性良好,将其配制成银粉漆,进行应用性能测试,其耐醇性在500 g力测试条件下达到200次以上,与国外产品性能接近。 Plastic paint could protect plastic products' surface and make them more beautiful,but it has the problem of the alcohol resistance. To improve the alcohol resistance of plastic paint has been the most important work in process of synthesizing plastic paint. Thermoplastic acrylic resin was synthesized by optimizing monomer,initiator,solvents etc. Its appearances were as follows: water- white transparent,solid content was 50 % ± 1 %,viscosity was10000 - 25000 cps at room temperature,acid value was less than 0. 5 mg KOH / g. It has excellent compatibility with cellulose acetate butyrate,nitrocellulose and good aluminum orientation. Testing the alcohol resistance as aluminum powder paint with polymerization of acrylonitrile- butadiene- styrene,the result was more than 200 times with 500 g load as well as foreign products.
