浅论生活垃圾焚烧电厂渗滤液的零排放

Zero Discharge of Leachate from Domestic Waste Incineration Power Plant

概述了生活垃圾渗滤液的危害性、特性及当前热门处理技术,并以浙江某生活垃圾焚烧发电工程为例,分析生活垃圾焚烧电厂渗滤液零排放的必要性和可行性,以及当前存在的一些问题,为同类企业渗滤液的处理提供借鉴。当前国家在大力倡导和实施节能减排政策,生活垃圾焚烧发电是一个很好的举措;实施其渗滤液零排放,节能减排潜力巨大,对于我国环境保护和生态文明建设具有重要的现实意义。

Through the overview of leachate harmfulness and the operation status of a domestic waste incineration power generation project in Zhejiang province,the necessity and feasibility of leachate zero discharge in domestic waste incineration power plant was analyzed,and some problems were presented,to provide reference for enterprises of the same kind of leachate treatment. The zero discharge of leachate in domestic waste incineration power plant has great potential for energy saving and emission reduction,which has important significance for the environmental protection and ecological civilization construction in China.
