摘要
介绍了CTO-1脱氧催化剂在合成气中的使用条件,脱氧原理,活化方法,钝化方法及再生效果,列举了催化剂在醋酸、丁辛醇及乙二醇装置中的使用情况;在醋酸生产中,催化剂运行3年多,出口氧始终在1×10-6(V/V)以下,说明了CTO-1脱氧催化剂能有效脱除合成气中的氧,保护后续工段的合成催化剂;在生产实际中,催化剂操作简单,反应温度低,使用寿命长,价格适中,可替代传统贵金属脱氧催化剂在合成气中脱氧。
The application details of CTO- 1 deoxidation catalyst were introduced in synthesis gas,such as operating conditions,principal of deoxidation,activation method,passivation method,regeneration effect,etc. In acetic acid plant the catalyst service life was more than 3 years and the residual oxygen in outlet was less than 1 × 10- 6( V/V). The catalyst's using performance indicated that its advantages were simple operation,long service life,low reaction temperation and right price. The catalyst can remove oxygen properly and replace the previous metal catalyst in synthesis gas.
