摘要
针对图书馆自建数字资源的特点,提出多层级评价指标体系的建立方法和建立程序,分析各级指标权重的赋值方法,选择国家图书馆自建数字资源作为评价对象开展评价实践,在简要说明评价过程的基础上,侧重分析评价结果,从而验证相关评价指标体系和评价方法的完整性、可操作性以及有效性。
According to the feature of collection building digital resources of the library, this paper proposes the establishment method and procedure of the multi-layer evaluation indicators system, and analyzes the assignment method of weight of indicators in each layer. The collection building digital resources in National Library are used as the evaluation objects for evaluation practice. Based on a brief description of the evaluation process, the analysis of evaluation results is focused on, and the integrity, operability and effectiveness of the relevant evaluation indicator system and evaluation method are proved.
