湖北省高校图书馆APP调查及其用户反馈 被引量:6

Investigation and User Feedback on Academic Library Applications in Hubei Province

摘要 图书馆APP是图书馆移动信息服务的一种新模式,在国内图书馆的使用也日渐广泛。湖北省高校众多,其图书馆APP建设情况良莠不齐,对它们进行系统调查有助于各部门及用户对图书馆APP的认知,推进图书馆服务整体发展。文章主要采用进入各图书馆首页、下载APP、搜集新闻资讯、参阅相关文献、电话与邮件咨询等方式,对湖北省123所高校图书馆进行系统调查,对比各高校图书馆APP建设部署与发展的具体情况,由此分析当前图书馆APP服务中所存在的问题,并结合用户反馈提出改进建议。 As an emerging mobile library service mode, the library APP is being used in a large number of domestic libraries. There are numerous colleges and universities in Hubei province. Construction situations of their library applications are spotty. Systematic investigations of these library applications can help to strengthen the understanding of various departments and users and promote the overall development. Main investigation methods in this article included visiting library home pages, downloading applications, collecting news reports and the related literatures about academic libraries, telephone and email consultation in Hubei province. The specific development situations of 123 academic library applications in Hubei province were looked over and some improvement suggestions for the current problems were found according to user feedback.
