Corrections for the Synopsis of the Comprehensive Table of Contents of The Complete Library of the Four Treasuries

编纂于清乾隆时期的《四库全书总目》煌煌二百卷,其辨章学术,考镜源流,是我国传统目录学的集大成之作,一向被研治传统学问者所重,视之为治学门径。然因其规模宏大,书成众手,错漏之处在所难免。依据传统文献考据法,对平日翻检研读中所见的疏误十五则作辨正修订,以图匡正。

The 200- volume Comprehensive Table of Contents of The Complete Library of the Four Treasuries compiled during the Qianlong reign period is a synthesis of China's classical bibliography and represents its highest achievement. Scholars through the ages have attached great importance to it and regarded it as a gateway to scholarship. However,due to its great scale and the large number of scholars taking part in its compilation,errors and emissions were unavoidable. The present author,according to the traditional textual research method,found 15 such errors and emissions and made the corresponding corrections.
