左炔诺孕酮对EM患者肿瘤标志物及卵巢功能的影响

Effects of levonorgestrel on tumor markers and ovarian function of patients with endometriosis

目的探讨左炔诺孕酮对子宫内膜异位症(EM)患者血清CA125、HE4、CA199及卵巢功能的影响。方法选取我院收治的EM患者80例,随机分为实验组(40例)与对照组(40例)。对照组予以达那唑胶囊200 mg,2次/d;实验组予以左炔诺孕酮12.5 mg,1次/d。观察比较两组治疗前后疼痛评分、肿瘤标志物水平和卵巢功能变化情况。结果治疗后3个月,两组疼痛评分均显著降低,而实验组比对照组降低幅度更大(P<0.05)。随着治疗时间的延长,两组CA125、HE4、CA199水平逐渐降低,而FSH、LH水平逐渐升高,E2水平逐渐降低,且实验组变化幅度大于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论左炔诺孕酮能够降低EM患者血清肿瘤标志物水平,改善患者的卵巢功能,减轻临床症状,提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effects of levonorgestrel on serum CA125, HE4, and CA199 and the ovarian function of patients with endometriosis （EM）. Methods 80 EM patients were selected and randomly and equally divided into experiment group and control group. The control group was given 200 mg danazol capsule, 2/d, while the experiment group received 12.5 mg levonorgestrel, 1/d. Observation and comparison were made in the pain scores before and after the treatment, the levels of tumor markers, and the changes in ovarian function between the two groups. Results Three months after the treatment, the pain scores of both groups decreased, while the decreasing range of the experiment group was larger than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Along with the time of treatment, the levels of serum CA125, HE4, and CA199 in both groups decreased; FSH and LH levels gradually increased; E2 levels decreased. And the changing range of the experiment group was larger than that of the control group in the same period （P 〈0.05）. Condusion Levonorgestrel can reduce the levels of serum tumor markers in EM patients, improve their ovarian function, relieve the clinical symptoms, and improve the therapeutic effects.
