米索前列醇联合葆宫止血颗粒防治产后出血的效果观察

Observation on effects of misoprostol combined with Baogong Zhixue particles on prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage

目的观察米索前列醇联合葆宫止血颗粒对产后出血和产后并发症的防治效果。方法选取我院近两年收治的具有潜在性出血征兆的产妇300例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各150例。对照组给予葆宫止血颗粒治疗;观察组给予米索前列醇＋葆宫止血颗粒联合治疗。观察比较两组产后出血和并发症发生情况。结果观察组产后2 h、24 h出血量均明显少于同期对照组（P〈0.05）,在产后2~4 d的宫缩疼痛程度均明显低于同期对照组（P〈0.05）,产后贫血、恶心、便秘等并发症的发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论米索前列醇与葆宫止血颗粒联合用于防治产后出血具有显著的临床疗效,同时可在一定程度上缓解子宫收缩引起的疼痛、降低产后并发症发生率,促进产妇子宫复旧及身心康复。

Objective To observe the effects of misoprostol combined with Baogong Zhixue particles on the prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage and postpartum complications. Methods 300 parturient cases with the potential of bleeding symptoms that were hospitalized in the recent two years were selected as the research objects and randomly and averagely divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given the treatment with Baogong Zhixue particles, while the observation group was given misoprostol combined with Baogong Zhixue particles. Observation was made in the postpartum hemorrhage and complications between the two groups, Results The blood loss in 2 h and 24 h after the delivery in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The scores of contractions pain degree in 2 to 4 days after the deliverT in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group during the same period （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of postpartum anemia, nausea, constipation and other complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The combination use of misoprostol and Baogong Zhixue particles for the prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage has significant clinical effects and can relieve the pain caused by uterine contraction, reduce the incidence of postpartum complications, and meanwhile promote maternal uterine instauration and physical and mental rehabilitation.
