输尿管镜治疗肥胖患者输尿管结石的临床疗效观察

目的探讨输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗肥胖患者输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法 66例输尿管结石伴肥胖患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各33例,治疗组行输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗,对照组行体外冲击波碎石术治疗。结果治疗组的手术时间与术后住院时间明显短于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,术后肺部感染、便秘、疼痛、下肢血栓等并发症发生情况均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗肥胖患者输尿管结石,碎石效果比较好,能减少术后并发症的发生,有很好的应用前景。

Objective To discuss the clinical curative effects of pneumatic lithotripsy under ureteroscope on obese patients with ureteral stones. Methods 66 obese patients with ureteral stones were equally and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given pneumatic lithotripsy under ureteroscope, and the control group received extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, Results The operation time and postoperative hospital stay in the treatment group were significantly less than those in the control group, and its total effective rate was higher than that in the latter group. The incidence of postoperative pulmonary infection, constipation, pain, lower limb thrombosis and other complications in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy for the treatment of obese patients with ureteral stones has good effects and can reduce the postoperative complications with good application effects.
