全瓷体与复合树脂体修复上颌前牙牙体缺损的效果比较

Comparison between effects of whole porcelain body and composite resin body on reparation of maxillary anterior teeth defect

目的对比全瓷体与复合树脂体修复上颌前牙牙体缺损的临床效果。方法纳入上颌前牙牙体缺损患者42例(患牙93颗)为研究对象,随机分为两组。观察组21例(45颗)采用全瓷体修复,对照组21例(48颗)采用复合树脂体修复。修复后6、12个月复查,比较两组修复效果及不良反应发生率。结果依据改良美国公共健康协会评价标准(USPHS),修复后6、12个月,观察组边缘适合性、颜色匹配性、边缘染色、固位、牙龈健康指标评级为A级患牙所占比均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);随访12个月时,两组表面质地差异也较为明显,观察组明显更优(P<0.05)。结论以全瓷体对上颌前牙牙体缺损进行修复,效果优于复合树脂体,值得推广。

Objeetive To make comparison between the clinical effects of the whole porcelain body and composite resin body on reparation of maxillary anterior teeth defect. Methods 42 patients （93 teeth） with maxillary anterior teeth defect were chosen as the research objects and randomly and averagely divided into two groups. Observation group （45 teeth） received the reparation by whole porcelain body, and the control group （48 teeth） received the reparation by composite resin body. 6 and 12 months after the reparation, comparison was made in the reparation effects and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Results According to the evaluation criteria of the US Public Health Service （USPHS）, 6 and 12 months after the reparation, the edges fitness, color matching, edges dyeing, retention, and the ratio of teeth with A-class of the gingival health index in the observation group were significantly superior to and higher than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. In the 12th month of the follow-up, the differences of the surface texture in both groups were obvious, and those in the observation group were better （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion As to the reparation of maxillary anterior teeth defect, the effects of whole porcelain body are superior to those of the composite resin body. The whole porcelain body is worthy of promotion.
