摘要 研究了某典型无铅铜龙头在其坯件铸造过程当中容易开裂的原因,从铸造工艺、铸件结构和模具设计等方面着手改进,提出了针对目标龙头铸件开裂问题的具体防范措施,包括改善浇注工艺、优化铸件结构和增设防裂筋等.运用Pro CAST工程软件对目标工件的铸造过程进行了模拟分析,获得了铸件在浇注过程当中的流场、温度场和应力场等重要成形细节,籍此发现并预警各种铸件缺陷的成因及具体部位,进而靶向性地提出防范措施和改进路径;与此同时,借助仿真还可减少并改变传统的主要依赖经验的反复试制的过程与生产模式,缩短了产品开发周期,降低了经济成本. By researching and analyzing the causes of typical lead-free copper faucets' tendency to crack during the blank casting process, a series of specific precautious against the crack prablem of target faucet castings are proposed, including the improvement of the casting process, structure optimizing and anti-crack reinforcement. A simulation analysis of the casting process of the object pieces using the ProCAST software yields the flow field, temperature field and stress field of the casting process and the cause and specific location of various casting defects are revealed, pointing to the precautions and improvement paths. In the meantime, the simulation can also reduce and change the traditional repeated trial process and production mode which mainly rely on experience, shorten the product development cycle and reduce the cost.
