重件码头悬臂式吊车梁数值分析

摘要 吊车梁结构是桥机墩式码头的重要组成部分,其设计是否合理,直接影响到桥式起重机的整体工作性能。与简支式吊车梁结构相比,设计规范对于悬臂式吊车梁的要求更加严格。文章以湖北某重件码头的悬臂式吊车梁结构为研究对象,进行截面形式的选择和强度、刚度、震动特性的分析,研究成果可为该类型码头的设计提供参考。 The crane beam structure is an important part of bridge crane dolphin wharf. The rationality of its structure will directly affect the whole work performance of bridge crane. Compared with the simply supported crane beam structure, the design specification for the structures of cantilever crane beam has more stringent requirements. With the background of the cantilever crane beam structure used in a heavy cargo wharf in Hubei, we analyzed the selection of section type and the characteristics of strength, stiffness, and vibration. The results can provide references for the design of the heavy cargo wharf.
