钢筋斜置对保护层厚度检测精度的影响

摘要 采用雷达法和电磁法探究了钢筋斜置对保护层厚度检测精度的影响。结果表明:雷达法在保护层厚度为40~90 mm范围内的检测精度较高,且钢筋斜置不影响检测精度;电磁法在保护层厚度为40~60 mm范围内的检测精度较高,且钢筋斜置不影响其检测精度,当保护层厚度大于60 mm时检测精度较低,无法确定钢筋斜置是否对检测精度产生影响。 The effects of sideling steels on the detection precision of protective layer thickness were studied with radar method and electromagnetic method. The results show that the radar method is high detection precision within 40-90 mm of the protective layer thickness, and sideling steels do not affect the detection precision. The electromagnetic method is high detection precision within 40-60 mm of the protective layer thickness, and sideling steels do not affect the detection precision, however, it is low detection precision over 60 mm of thickness, and the effects of sideling steels on detection precision are hard to determine.
