摘要
随着精益思想在汽车物流中的应用,汽车零部件的物流包装容器正由多样化向系列化、标准化改进,其中塑料周转箱尤为受到广泛关注。目前在零部件物流过程中主要还是使用瓦楞纸箱,并且在不同环节还存在更换包装的现象;而塑料周转箱还主要只在主机厂内部使用,没有起到优化整个供应链的作用。通过模型构建,研究塑料周转箱的多尺寸选取以及多个不同尺寸周转箱的堆码优化问题,可以进一步推广塑料周转箱的使用,从而优化汽车零部件物流系统。
With the development of lean thinking in the auto- motive logistics, logistics packaging of auto parts is moving from diversification to the series and standardization and then emerged; At present, the corrugated boxes is still the mainly logistics package in the parts logistics process, and there is also the phenomenon of the replacement of packaging in dif- ferent links. Instead, plastic returnable container is mainly used in OEMs, without optimization in entire supply chain. This article will explore how to choose the size of plastic re- turnable container and stacking problem of a plurality of mul- ti-size container, which aims to promote plastic returnable container and optimize parts logistics.
