摘要
近年来,产品更新换代速度的加快对废旧产品逆向物流提出了更高的要求,文章针对四川的家电企业CH为研究对象,构建以混合整数线性规划模型为基础的逆向物流网络模型,并采用集合覆盖模型运用启发式算法解决候选物流节点的选址问题。考虑到收集点数量的随机性,将模型中难以分析的随机不确定因素结合仿真软件的特点,运用一定的规则对其约束和指引实现Flexsim仿真,分析逆向物流网络系统的处理效率及优化状态。仿真结果表明,Flexsim仿真软件对于不确定性因素影响下的离散事件复杂性系统的研究非常有效,继而实现更具应用价值的逆向物流系统。
Recent years, the speed of product update has increased obviously, which gives the request for reverse logistics of waste products. Based on CH enterprise located in Siehuan province, mixed integer linear programming model is proposed for appropriate reverse logistics network model. And the location of the logistics nodes have been solved by the set covering model using henuristic algorithm. Considering the ran- domness of the collection points" number, the difficult part to analysis will be applied to Flexsim simulation to optimize the reverse logistics network model of TV recycling, All that will verify the validity and rationality of the logistics system construction.
