摘要
传统的车间布局方式存在大量的物流路线迂回、生产组织混乱等问题,采用SLP布局方式对车间作业单元间物流关系与非物流关系综合分析,绘制车间作业单元位置相关图,使车间布局更加科学合理,优化物流路线,并以G车间为案例进行实证研究。研究结果对提高该机加车间生产运作水平、降低生产成本、提高效率具有重要的指导作用。
There are a lot of problems in the traditional workshop layout, such as logistics route circuitous,production organization confusion and so on. In SLP, we analysis both logistics relations and non - logistics relationship between job shop unit,and draw a correlation diagram to make more scientific and rational layout of the workshop. In this paper, I analysis G workshop as a ease. The research results has an important role in improving the operation of the workshop production levels, reducing production costs and improving efficiency.
