摘要
现代企业在实施绿色供应链管理时,对于如何从众多的供应商中甄选出适合于本企业发展的合作伙伴,是企业所面临的重要课题之一。目前企业在进行绿色供应链的选择时,受各种主客观因素的影响较大。基于此:文中以S大型企业在绿色供应链组建初期对企业的整体绩效评价模型为例,设计了绿色供应链组建期的指标体系。在评估方法上,采取定性与定量相结合的方法,运用层次分析法(AHP)确定了指标权重系数,建立了评估的模糊综合评价模型,并应用S公司的调查数据验证了此评估模型。
It is one key and important topic for enterprise how to choose one better evaluation module while the modern company implement green supplier chain management, So far there are only less factors and methodology to review and evaluate. Which will bring out some objective behaviors, on the basis of the condition, this thesis will set up one model for the overall assessment level that it will be suitable for evaluating the supplier chain's performance in the period of preliminary build, the evaluating methodology is used qualitative analysis as well quantitative analysis, Using AHP method to point out the weights, establish one complex model to use fuzzy assessment,finally,this model is verified by a varies of data input based on S company's investigation.
