面向广西北部湾经济区的港口物流人才培养模式研究

Research on the Training Mode of Port Logistics Talents for Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone

港口物流人才匮乏,成为制约广西北部湾经济区大力发展港口经济的瓶颈环节。为广西北部湾港口物流发展培养适用型人才,是时代赋予广西高等教育的历史重任。文中通过对广西北部湾港口人才供需现状、存在问题的分析研究,从优化课程设计、正确定位人才培养目标、加强实训基地的建设、强化师资队伍建设、创新培养方式等方面进行论述,提出了一种具有一定参考价值的港口物流人才培养模式。

The lack of logistics talent has become the bottleneck of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone to develop port economy. Training applied talents for Guangxi Beibu Gulf port logistics development is the historic tasks of higher education in Guangxi. Base on the current situation of Supply and demand of Guangxi Beibu Gulf port talent, the paper analyzes the existing problems and proposes a certain reference value mode from the optimization of curriculum design, correct positioning of the talent training objectives, strengthen the construction of training base, strengthening the building of the contingent of teachers, innovative training methods.
