Exploration on the Reform of Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Cultivation of Vocational Core Competency

高职教育以培养高素质的技能人才为首要目标。在社会快速发展的今天,高职院校也在思索应如何适应社会的需求,提高高职生的职业核心能力。该文从高职教育思想政治教育的主阵地——思想政治理论课着手,分析思想政治理论课与职业核心能力培养的现状,在把握思想政治理论课与职业核心能力培养可相互渗透的基础上,探讨以职业核心能力培养为核心的高职院校思想政治理论课改革的有效措施,以期在强化思想政治教育成效的同时,全面提高高职生的职业核心能力。

Higher vocational education is to develop high quality skilled personnel as the primary goal. In the rapid development of society, higher vocational colleges are pondered upon how to adapt to the needs of the society and im- prove the vocational core competency of students. The paper analyzes the present situations of ideological and politi- cal theory course and the education of vocational core competency, and grasped the ideological and political theory courses and vocational core competencies can be mutual penetration, and discussed the effective measures of the reform of ideological and political theory course which is based on vocational core competency, in order to strengthen the effectiveness of ideological and political education and comprehensively improve the vocational core competency.
