农民工融城身份变迁历程中的制度跟进研究

Research on the Following System in the Course of the Identity Transformation of Migrant Workers into the City

实现农民工身份转变是人口城镇化的应有之义。当前,经由农民工城市融入的不同程度所建构的农民工身份呈现出流动者——定居者——融入者三种不同的阶段性特征。这种阶段性特征也集中反映在农民工的阶段性制度需求上。农民工市民化的制度跟进路径应充分考虑农民工融城身份的阶段性特征,以一种动态的视角来破解现有农民工制度的不均衡现状并推进农民工向市民的身份转变。

Realizing the identity transformation of the migrant workers is the proper meaning of the urbanization of the population. At present, the identity of the migrant workers, which are constructed by different degrees of city in- tegration, presents three different periodical identity of the flows, the settlers and the integration. This kind of char- acteristic is also concentratively reflected in the system demand of migrant workers. The path of system building to urbanize migrant workers should take full account of the phase characteristics of migrant workers＇ identity. This paper is aimed at realizing the identity transformation of migrant workers by taking a dynamic perspective to crack the current unbalanced situation ofmigrant worker＇ system.
