摘要
随着语料库语言学与计算机技术的发展,语料库的研究方法为词汇的教学提供了新的视角。基于自建语料库,以化工专业英语论文摘要作为研究文本,从词汇频数、词汇密度、词汇复杂度和词性分布四个方面获得化工英语的词汇特征,为化工英语词汇教学提供启示。
Words have always been one of the key points and the difficulties in foreign language teaching. With the development of corpus linguistics and computer technologies, corpus methods used more and more in foreign language teaching and re- searching, provide a new perspective for vocabulary teaching. Based on a self - built corpus of English abstracts on chemical engineering, this study aims to obtain lexical features of this corpus from four areas as follows： word frequency, lexical density, lexical complexity and percentage of part of speech as well as provide inspiration for chemical vocabulary teaching.
