摘要
针对大学英语听力学时少,学生在有限的学时内很难提高听力水平的现状,自主学习是解决这个问题的一个有效途径.笔者探讨了基于元认知策略的大学英语听力自主学习,提出了激发学生的自主学习意识,帮助学生制定学习计划,鼓励运用监控策略和评估策略,以此来促进学生自主学习能力和听力水平的提高.
Facing to the current situation that the college English listening course hour is little and it is difficuh to improve students' listening level in the limited course hours. Based on the metacognitive strategy, this paper discusses the autonomous learning of college English listening. It puts forward stimulating students' autonomous learning consciousness, helping students draw up study plan and encouraging them to use monitoring strategy and evaluation strategy in order to promote students' autonomous learning ability and listening level.
