中印银行业现实竞争力比较——基于主成分分析方法

Comparison of Empirical Competitiveness between China and India in Banking Industrial——Based on Principal Component Analysis

根据2014年英国《银行家》杂志评选结果及评选指标,运用主成分分析方法,对现阶段的中印银行业实际竞争力进行比较分析。结果显示,中方商业银行在规模、盈利性、及综合竞争力方面优于印方银行;但是,印方商业银行在安全性、流动性方面强于中方银行。针对结果,提出若干建议。

Based on the ranking result and indexes of the banker magazine published in 2014 and the Principal Component Analysis, this paper compares the empirical competitiveness of commercial banks between China and India. The result shows that the Chinese commercial banks are superior to those of India in size, profits and comprehensive competitiveness, however, the India commercial banks are superior to those of China in soundness and liquidity. It proposes several suggestions according to the results.
