超声造影和彩色多普勒超声在诊断睾丸扭转中的效果评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析在睾丸扭转中超声造影与彩色多普勒超声诊断的效果。方法选取2014年2月至2015年1月我院收诊的90例睾丸扭转患者为研究对象,所有患者均在术前进行超声造影与彩色多普勒超声检查。比较两种方法的检查结果 ,并比较睾丸不完全扭转患者患侧睾丸与健侧组织血流灌注时间。结果超声造影诊断睾丸完全扭转率为16.67%,与彩色多普勒超声诊断结果一样(P>0.05)。超声造影诊断睾丸不完全扭转率为83.33%,明显高于彩色多普勒超声诊断的70.00%;超声造影误诊率为0.00%,显著低于彩色多普勒超声的13.33%;差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。睾丸不完全扭转患者患侧睾丸组织血流灌注开始增强时间、从开始增强到达到顶峰的时间均显著高于健侧组织(P<0.05)。结论超声造影与多普勒超声在睾丸扭转诊断中,两者的完全扭转率一样,但超声造影的不完全扭转率高于彩色多普勒超声。两种方法在睾丸扭转诊断中效果明显,值得推广。 Objective To analyze the effect of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS) and color Doppler ultrasound(CDUS) in diagnosis of testicular torsion. Methods 90 patients with testicular torsion treated in our hospital from February 2014 to January 2015 were selected and implemented CEUS and CDUS examination. The inspection results of two methods were compared, the blood perfusion time of testis of affected side and healthy side in patients with testicular incomplete torsion was also compared. Results Both the rates of CEUS and CDUS in diagnosis of testicular complete torsion were 16.67%(P〈0.05). The diagnostic rate of testicular incomplete torsion of CEUS was83.33%, higher than 70.00% of CDUS; the misdiagnosis rate of CEUS was 0.00%, lower than 13.33% of CDUS; all the difference was statistical(P〈0.05). In patients with testicular incomplete torsion, the blood perfusion time(time of beginning to increase, time from the beginning to increase to the peak) of testis of affected side was higher than that of healthy side(P〈0.05). Conclusions The rates of CEUS and CDUS in diagnosis of testicular complete torsion are the same, but the rate of testicular incomplete torsion of CEUS is higher than that of CDUS. CEUS and CDUS have significant effect in diagnosis of testicular torsion, which deserve promotion.
