糖尿病患者胰岛素、C肽释放、糖耐量和糖化血红蛋白联合测定分析

Combined Detection of Insulin, C-peptide Release, Glucose Tolerance and Glycated Hemoglobin of Diabetic Patients

目的探讨糖尿病病人胰岛素、C肽释放、糖耐量和糖化血红蛋白联合测定价值。方法选取我院2013年9月至2015年9月收治的64例糖尿病患者,按疾病类型不同分为Ⅰ型糖尿病组和Ⅱ型糖尿病组各32例。另取同期健康体检者32例作为对照组。检测并对比三组的胰岛素和C肽释放量、糖耐量、糖化血红蛋白水平。结果Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型糖尿病组T_0、T_1、T_2、T_3时C肽释放量及糖化血红蛋白水平显著高于对照组,Ⅱ型糖尿病组T_0、T_1、T_2、T_3时的胰岛素释放量均高于Ⅰ型糖尿病组、对照组,Ⅰ型糖尿病组T_0、T_1、T_2、T_3时的糖耐量水平均高于Ⅱ型糖尿病组、对照组;差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素、C肽释放、糖耐量、糖化血红蛋白联合测定可全面反映糖尿病患者病情,有利于临床诊断和指导治疗,应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the value of combined detection of insulin, C-peptide release, glucose tolerance and glycated hemoglobin of diabetic patients. Methods 64 cases of diabetic patients treated in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2015 were selected and divided into type Ⅰ diabetes group and type Ⅱ diabetes group according to the disease types, with 32 cases in each group. 32 cases of healthy volunteers were set as control group. The insulin, C-peptide release, glucose tolerance and glycated hemoglobin of three groups were detected and compared. Results The levels of C-peptide release and glycated hemoglobin of typeⅠdiabetes group and typeⅡdiabetes group at T0, T1, T2, T3 were higher than those of control group; the levels of insulin release of typeⅡdiabetes group at T0, T1, T2, T3 were higher than those of typeⅠdiabetes group and control group; the levels of glucose tolerance of type Ⅰdiabetes group at T0, T1, T2, T3 were higher than those of typeⅡdiabetes group and control group; all the difference was statistical（P〈0.05）. Conclusions The combined detection of insulin, C-peptide release, glucose tolerance and glycated hemoglobin can fully reflect the conditions of diabetic patients, which has significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment, and has high value.
