大力推进社区警务建设 不断夯实公安基础工作——以兰州市公安局为例

公安基层基础工作是整个公安工作的根基,是推动公安事业发展的永恒动力。兰州市公安局面对新形势下公安基础工作的现状,启动实施《全市公安基础工作三年规划纲要(2014—2016)》,积极探索和实践推进基础信息化建设的实现路径,以社区民警专职化为保障,以社区警务网格化为载体,以基础信息集中排查行动为重点,积极化解各类社会矛盾,真心服务社区群众。

In the face of the current situation of the basic work of public security under the new situation, Lanzhou city public security bureau launches the basic work of public security in the city plan for three years （2014-2016）, active exploration and practice, to push forward informationalization construction of the foundation to realize the path on the full-time into community police security, to resolve all kinds of social contradictions, and to sincerely service the community crowd with community policing grid as the carrier, and basic information centralized screening action as the emphasis.
