警察战术意识是实战条件下警察在运用战术过程中的心理趋向性反应活动。警察职业的特殊性决定了警察需要直接或间接与犯罪分子进行对抗,随着我国反恐形势的日益严峻,警察伤亡人数居高不下,对警察在执法战斗中的战术能力和战术水平提出了新的、更高要求,着力培养警察在执法战斗中的战术意识,提高警察战术意识水平,是当前反恐实际的客观需要,也是警察战术训练的重要课题。

Police tactical consciousness is one psychological trend of response activities in the use of tactical process. The specificity of the police determines that the police need to confront directly or indirectly with criminals. Along with the situation of anti-terrorism unceasing change and upgrading, improving the actual combat capability and tactical level of police has become an important issue in the police＇s training and work. Strengthening police tactical consciousness research and training, enhancing the actual combat capability and tactical level is a necessary requirement to improve the anti-terrorism ability nowadays, also an important issue of tactical training.
