随着各级投入"三农"的资金规模不断扩大,乡镇财政资金监管责任越来越重。为管好、用好惠农资金,山东省开发建设了基层数字财政管理系统。介绍了基层数字财政建设的原则和目标,分析了基层数字财政管理系统的建设内容和条件要求。

With the expanding scale of funds invested in the ＂three rural＂ at all levels, the villages and towns financial fund regulatory responsibilities is getting heavier and heavier. To manage and use well the corresponding funds, the grassroots digital financial management system was developed and constructed by Shandong province, the principles and objectives of grassroots digital finance construction were introduced,and the content and condition requirements of grassroots digital financial management systems were analyzed.
