胡耀邦全面改革思想形成简论

On the Formation of Thought of Hu Yaobang's Comprehensive Reform

胡耀邦"全面改革"思想经过了从"改革"到"全面改革"的演进过程。1975年在中科院时期主持制定《汇报提纲》是胡耀邦改革思想的开端;1978年前后,经过"真理标准问题"大讨论和平反冤假错案,胡耀邦改革思想得到进一步发展;1983年的全国职工思想政治工作会议上的讲话《四化建设和改革开放》,标志着胡耀邦"全面改革"思想的最终形成。胡耀邦"全面改革"思想的现实目标是实现"四个现代化",价值诉求是"一切为了人民"。
