论西门庆的悲剧形象和命运

The Tragic Image and Fate of Ximen Qing

西门庆历来是一个被批评和否定的反面人物,学界评论《金瓶梅》的时候,往往从社会伦理的角度把西门庆定位成一个恶霸、奸商、淫棍、贪官、刽子手。但是,这些还只是对西门庆的表层认识,霸、商、官都是其在社会中获得的身份与地位,没有触及到他真正的性格和灵魂,在作品描绘的无情世界之中,西门庆实际上是一个有情有义之人。西门庆的一生是悲剧的一生。造成其悲剧的原因,一是其自身性格的软弱,沉浸于对财色的无止境追求,二是生活在他身边的色魔与情魔的化身金、瓶、梅等人对他的诱惑和腐蚀,使其泯灭了人性中的善良与真情,走向堕落。

Ximen Qing has always been a criticism and negation of the villain. When people criticized Jin Ping Mei,they considered the view of social ethics of the position of Ximen as a bully,profiteers and womanizer,corrupt officials,the executioner. But these were only the surface of the Qing understanding,and gained in the social identity and status,did not touch to his real character and soul. In the cruel world of the work,Ximen Qing was a man of love and righteousness actually. Ximen Qing’s life was a tragedy. The reasons of his tragedy,the first one was the weakness of his own character,immersed in the endless pursuit money and sex,and the second was the women around him,Jin,Ping,Mei,were tempted and corrosive to him,made him devoid of goodness and truth in the human nature,to fall.
