摘要
通过对大学生的问卷调查,选用相关分析、回归分析等统计方法检验大学生时间管理倾向、成就动机和焦虑之间的关系。研究结果表明:有效的时间管理能力能降低大学生的焦虑水平;成就动机高的大学生其焦虑水平较低。故时间管理倾向与成就动机相结合有利于形成积极的学习生活环境,有助于大学生避免陷入消极的焦虑状态而影响其生活质量、学业成绩等。
By the questionnaire survey of college students,the article choose mainly correlation analysis,regression analysis and other statistical methods to test the relationship between Time Management Disposition,Achievement Motivation and anxiety. The results show that effective time management skills can reduce the college students’ anxiety level; the college students who have high achievement motivation are in low level of anxiety. Therefore,combining Time Management Disposition and Achievement Motivation favors the formation of a positive learning environment,and helps college students avoid falling into a negative state of anxiety so that college students’ quality of life,academic achievement and the like are not affected.
