摘要
为了提高电能表自动化检定流水线接驳率(即接线成功率),保证流水线检定合格率,缓解人工检定装置不合格表计复检压力,提出了一种电能表辅助端子尺寸规格的改造设计。流水线检定装置与传统检定装置最大区别在于流水线具有自动接驳机构,不适合逐一检查、调整表针接驳情况,必然存在因线体抖动或硬件偏移等影响电能表接线端子准确接驳的问题,尤其针对口径不到3.5 mm的电能表辅助端子,更是要求接驳机构应具有较高的定位精度。从改进电能表辅助端子规格尺寸出发,提出了在辅助端子U型槽设计半径为R1的圆倒角并严格规范金属孔等尺寸要求,有效增强辅助端子的容错能力,提高了线体的接驳率。
In order to improve commission rate of the electric energy meter automatic verification line connection (i. e. connection success rate) , guarantee the qualified rate and alleviate the failed meter verification pressure of artificial device, a scheme of design for reconstructing terminals in size with the assistant of an electric energy meter is put forward in this paper. The feeder who has the automatic verification component, which is the biggest difference lies between the line verification device and the traditional verification device in line, is not suitable for checking and adjusting the needle' s connection one by one. So, due to the problems of line jittering or hardware shifting, the connection of the meter becomes the issue to be settled. Especially for the auxiliary meter terminal with its diameter less than 3.5mm, it is required that the feeder should have a higher accuracy. In this paper, basing on the improving sizes of meter's auxiliary terminal, a radius R1 chamfering of U groove in auxiliary terminal is designed, and strict regulation for the sizes of metal hole is drawn up. The design effectively enhances fault tolerance of auxiliary terminal and increases the connection rate of line.
