重庆市制造业集聚水平测度与评价

Measurement and Evaluation of Chongqing Manufacturing Industry Agglomeration Level

基于2010—2014年重庆市制造业数据,利用区位熵和行业集中度指数(CRn指数)对重庆市制造业集聚水平进行了测度和评价。测评结果表明:重庆市制造业积聚的总体水平较低,产业集聚水平差距较大,基本局限于劳动密集型、资源密集型,而部分技术密集型行业正在崛起。为此,文章提出要做大做强传统优势产业,走一条适合重庆市自身特点的产业发展道路,通过完善人才引进机制,加强产学研深度结合等建议和措施,促进重庆制造业可持续发展。

Based on 2010-2014 Chongqing manufacturing industry data, the location quotient and industry concentration degree index （CRn index） are used to measure and evaluate Chongqing manufacturing industry agglomeration level. The results show that Chongqing manufacturing industry overall accumulation level is low, the industrial agglomeration level difference is big, and they are mainly limited in labor intensive and resource intensive industries, but some technology intensive industries are rising. Therefore, some advice and actions are put forward to promote the sustainable development of Chongqing manufacturing industry. That is to make traditional advantage industry bigger and stronger, to take a industry development path which is suitable for Chongqing characteristics, to improve the talent introduction mechanism, and to strengthen the deep combination of research proposals and measures.
