工资歧视、代际差异与农民工市民化进程——基于安徽省的案例调查

Wage Discrimination,Generational Differences and the Process of Urbanization of Rural Migrant Workers

农民工市民化是当前经济发展过程中需要妥善解决的重要任务,也是城镇化战略中的重要组成部分,合理测度农民工市民化进程是农民工市民化研究中的重要环节。文章对安徽省农民工工资歧视系数及市民化进程进行具体测算,并分析两代农民工之间的代际差异,最后提出了完善用工市场、积极引导农民工进城、加大对农民工的培训力度、完善户籍及子女教育等制度、积极引导土地流转等政策建议。

Urbanization of migrant workers is the important subject in the process of economic development,is also an important part of urbanization strategy. Reasonable measure process of urbanization of migrant workers is the important link in the study of urbanization of rural migrant workers. The discrimination coefficient and Anhui off- farm workers＇ citizenization coure to calculate,and analyze the intergenerational difference between two generations of migrant workers,finally put forward some policy suggestions.,such as improving the labor market,actively guide the rural migrant workers into the city,intensify training of migrant workers,improve the system of census register,children education,actively guide the land circulation,etc.
