摘要
目的:观察动静结合运动对阿霉素诱导的心衰大鼠的心功能及血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)和醛固酮(ALD)水平的影响。方法:取清洁级雌、雄SD大鼠各30只,随机分成4组,空白组(n=15)予以正常喂养,不做任何处理;模型组(n=15)予以阿霉素造心衰大鼠模型,不进行心脏康复运动;对照组(n=15)予以阿霉素造心衰大鼠模型,进行力竭运动;实验组(n=15))予以阿霉素造心衰大鼠模型,进行动静结合运动。6周后测定心功能及AngⅡ和ALD水平。结果:实验组心功能明显优于对照组及模型组(P<0.05);实验组AngⅡ、ALD明显降低(P<0.05),表明动静结合运动有更明显效果。结论:动静结合运动可改善心衰大鼠的心功能,降低Ang II及ALD水平。
Objective: To investgate the influence of static and dynamic movement on cardiac function, angiotensin Ⅱ and aldosterone levels in Adriamycin-induced heart failure rats. Methods: The 30 clean female and male SD rats were divided into 4 groups at random. The rats were feed normal in blank group (n=15), without any processing; the rats were made heart failure rat model with adriamycin in model group (n=15), without cardiac rehabilitation exercise; the rats were were made heart failure rat model with adriamycin in control group (n=15), with exhaustion exercise; the rats were were made heart failure rat model with adriamycin in experimental group (n=15), with activity union movement. Angiotensin Ⅱ and aldosterone levels were determined in 6 weeks. Results: Experimental group showed better cardiac function than the control group and model group (P〈0.05); the Ang Ⅱ and ALD were decreased in experimental group (P〈0.05), which indicated activity union movement showed more obvious effect, Conclusion: Action combined with exercise can improve cardiac function and reduce AngⅡ and ALD levels in heart failure rats.
