摘要
目的:建立HPLC测定松花伴侣片中葛根素的含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为C18柱(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),流动相为甲醇-水(25:75),流速为1 m L/min,检测波长250nm,柱温为30℃。结果:葛根素在0.0002~10.0896μg的范围内均呈良好线性关系,R^2=1.0000,加样回收率素为99.9%,RSD%为0.9%。结论:本方法简便准确、重复性好,适用于松花伴侣片质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of pueratin in Songhua companion piece by HPLC. Methods: The content of pueratin was determined by HPLC, C18 column (250 min×4.6 mm, 5 μm); The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water (25:75, v/v) at a flow-rate of 1.0mL min-L The ultraviolet detector operated at 250 nm, and the temperature of 30 ℃. Results: The injection volume of puerarin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.0002-10.0896 tLg for puerarin (R2=1.0000), with the average recovery rate was 99.9% (RSD=-0.9%). Conclusion: The method is convenient and rapid with high precision and good repeatability; it can be used for the quality control of Songhua companion piece.
