摘要
本文以龙门加工中心GDM2040的设计开发为案例,阐释设计前期的理论计算和分析过程,通过对机床主驱动系统的计算和校核,分析主要支撑件的有限元,以保证设计的合理性,既为该产品开发提供理论依据,也为相关机床的设计开发提供佐证。
The paper takes ganlry milling center in case, propose a method ahout how to make a theory ealculation in the produet design and research: aeeording io make a caleulation and analysis ahout the main driving system and hydraulie sysiem and lhe main body, ensure the design is right and propose a theory support for D&R especially on the similar product.
