摘要 本报告对国内某核电站EAS013\014VB(安全壳喷淋系统第13号和第14号阀门,后续内容只写简称)电动阀力矩杆抖动故障的原因进行分析总结。通过收集相关资料、样品试验分析的结果及综合分析表明:该核电站EAS013\014VB电动头由于一直存在力矩杆抖动的故障,会造成电动阀门不可用;EAS013\014VB阀门中间位置启动时,力矩跳动问题可归结为由电动执行机构选型与远传机构、阀门不匹配造成的。 This report on the domestic nuclear power plant EAS013/OI4VB (safety shell spray system thirteenth and fourteenth, the following content is only for short), the reasons for the failure of the electric valve torque rod jitter analysis. Through the collection of relevant information, test sample analysis results and comprehensive analysis show that one, the nuclear power plant EAS013/014VB electric head because there have always been torque rod jitter fault will cause electric valve is not available; second, start EAS013/014VB valve position and torque beating problem can be reduced on the grounds of electric actuator selection and remote transmission mechanism, the valve caused by the mismatch.
