摘要
提出CNC多功能组合机床加工系统的总体构成及功能要求,系统地阐述其卡盘夹紧系统、铣头箱及磨头箱锁紧系统、尾架夹紧系统等液压系统的总体设计,完成液压系统各元件的选型。设计的液压系统既满足了各加工环节的相对独立,同时又能实现各加工环节间的协调运行,从而保证加工过程应有的灵活性、稳定性及加工零件的尺寸精度等,同时提高了机床辅助运动的工作效率。
Presented the overall structure and functional requirements of the CNC multi-function modular maehine tool processing system .Described the overall design of the hydraulic systemthe consist of clamping system, milling head box and grinding head box locking system, tailstock clamping system. Completed the selection of hydraulic system components.The design of the hydraulic system not only meets the relative independence of eaeh processing step, hut also can realize the coordination between the various parts of the processing, ensure the flexibility, stability and dimensional accuracy of the maehining process.
